At Designo Decor, we take pride in the quality of our stainless steel and metal furniture. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
📦 Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or special order items
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Products returned without original packaging
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
📬 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
